Every home is EV-ready and solar-prepped for long-term sustainability.

Where are your homes located?
Our flagship project is Quail Ridge at Liberty Point, located in beautiful Pueblo West, Colorado. We’re also developing other similar communities across the state, with the same commitment to quality, affordability, and thoughtful design.

Do you build the homes yourself?
Yes! Our founder has been a licensed General Contractor since 2011. We oversee every phase of construction to ensure quality, code compliance, and fast build times—typically within 2 to 3 months from start to finish.

Do you offer design options?
Absolutely. Our in-house designer, Angelina (designing since 2012), has curated a selection of modern and stylish finishes. Buyers can choose from different cabinet styles, countertops, shower tile, interior paint colors, and more—including a free accent wall in each home.

Can you help me with financing?
Yes. We offer in-house financing through our partner Andrew, who has over 25 years of experience in mortgage lending. Whether you're a first-time buyer, have credit challenges, or need a creative solution like a rate buydown—we’ll work with you to find the right fit.
